Budget Inn Horseheads Rooms

The staff is very friendly and they accomodated my request for a room near the office. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Was in a good spot and the place was clean.

We were having work done on house. Room was very clean. Bathroom on the small side but comfortable enough and very clean. If traffic sounds bother you you might have difficulty sleeping very close to highway over pass and there's a traffic light right out front. All in all good deal for the price.

I am 83 years old and was not about to climb a rusty stair case out doors to the 2nd floor, so my wife who is younger went and looked at the room. While apparently clean it left a lot to be desired. It was around the back of the property and we didn’t feel safe there. Also the door was ill fitting and a lot of light was showing all around the door. We left without going back to the front desk and started searching for better accommodations. Since Corning was having a marathon being held that weekend most places were sold out do we weren’t sure we weren’t stuck with this place. We found better accommodation 20 miles away and called to cancel the budget inn motel. The manager or owner said he would call bookings.com and arrange a refund. We have not received such refund email. Please email us notification that a refund was put on my credit card. Thank you for your attention in this matter

Price and location.

Very clean, nice staff, comfortable bed and a fantastic price!

Location. It was close to many places to eat and shopping. Room was recently renovated with laminate floor. Bed was comfortable with nice pillows. Bathroom was also renovated.

Easy to book, check in, and find the room. It wasn't hard to find the location of the inn! The room was fairly clean and the temperature was comfortable, it was nice that it felt, actually, a tad nippley in there; at 72°f. They didn't try charging me for a service dog, which is ILLEGAL to charge for anyway.

Very helpfull staff, quite good room. Motel is close to a highway, but it doesn't bother at night

Clean, comfortable and the price was right!

The price was great. It looks newly updated which was nice. The bed was also comfy. We literally just needed a place to sleep for the night and this worked perfect.

Excellent condition since newly renovated. Great hosts. Highly affordable.

Not much to say, when I checked in at the desk all I could smell is urine.
